Experience/Education:

I began my real estate career coming out of the wealth intelligence academy by Robert Kiyosaki as an investor in 2009. I teamed up and partnered with other investors where we would buy properties on the courthouse steps, rehab them, and either hold them long term, or sell for a profit. I enjoyed serving clients and showing people how to get into real estate and ended up getting licensed with the state of California in 2013.

I serve all my clients with a level of service that is bar none, ensuring them from start to finish that nothing is left up to guess. When it comes to preparing a home to sell, I have surrounded myself and built a list of vetted resources that I trust to come in and get any work done at a reasonable cost. Whether that be cleaning up a yard, painting a few rooms, remodeling a kitchen, or staging a home I have an all-inclusive approach that I give my clients access to. When the time comes to buy a home, it is likewise important that all due diligence is done up front to ensure peace of mind and understanding of the home before you take ownership. I lean heavily into my list of licensed contractors and inspectors to give all my clients a comprehensive understanding about the purchase and investment they are about to make.
